STAYING AT VILA PORTO OLIVE:

1.) Check-in: after 15.00 (3 pm)

2.) Check-out: till 10.00 (10 am) in the morning

3.) We have a self-check-in system. The locks work on the code. You will receive an access code to your e-mail address, as we will not meet at the location.

4.) Pets are allowed.

5.) Parties are not allowed.

6.) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

7.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.

8.) Free parking spaces are available.

9.) Heated swimming pool is available from 20.4. to 20.10.

10.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

 

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES:

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made before arrival.

3.) For free, you can cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation 14 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.
