Vila Porto Olive (8+4)

Vila Porto Olive is suitable for up to 10 people. It consists of two luxury houses, the first can sleep up to 8 people, and the second is smaller, so it can sleep 2 people. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Two kitchens are modernly equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware, coffee maker, toaster, hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer.

Eight people can sleep in the 4 bedrooms and two in the living room. Also in the living room are 2 comfortable sofas and a smart LCD TV. The second smart LCD TV is in the bedroom of the smaller house.

The three bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hairdryer. In the bathroom in the smaller house is also a washer.

Free private parking and WiFi are provided.

On the terrace are deck chairs available, but you can also soak in the private heated pool with salt water or use the barbecue area. Sunshades are available for those who prefer to read books in the shade. All of this allows you to relax and recharge your batteries. In addition, there is a stone table in front of the villa to enjoy talking, playing board games, or having good food and drink.

STAYING AT VILA PORTO OLIVE:

1.) Check-in: after 15.00 (3 pm)

2.) Check-out: till 10.00 (10 am) in the morning

3.) We have a self-check-in system. The locks work on the code. You will receive an access code to your e-mail address, as we will not meet at the location.

4.) Pets are allowed.

5.) Parties are not allowed.

6.) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

7.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.

8.) Free parking spaces are available.

9.) Heated swimming pool is available from 20.4. to 20.10.

10.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES:

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made before arrival.

3.) For free, you can cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation 14 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.
